Brief
This year the University of Hull formed a partnership with Team GB. This is fantastic news for the University and we were lucky enough to play our part in this by capturing their launch day. The day marked the official opening of their new sports complex and some key players and well known Team GB athletes came to celebrate the launch of the partnership
Execution
This star studded event kicked off when ‘Pride’ the Team GB lion burst into the Beacon sports facility and greeted the eagerly awaiting kids. We also caught up for an interview with Olympic gold medallist Luke Campbell MBE who was also excited about the launch. After a catch-up with Mark England OBE Chef de Mission the day rounded up with a stunning torch procession led by Olympic cyclist Elinor Barker MBE.
This was such an enjoyable shoot. Spirits were high and there was a lot going on at the event. We delivered four videos from the day and were extremely happy with the responses we received from University and Team GB representatives. We can’t wait to see how this partnership develops.
