ERYC - Adult Safeguarding Recruitment Video
The future of Adult Safeguarding at East Riding is changing. We have just launched a new service delivery model and are looking for experienced professionals to be the change makers that will drive our agenda forward, preventing and protecting people from abuse or neglect. Could this be you?
The primary objective of this video was to attract passionate and highly qualified candidates to join the East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s (ERYC) Adult Social Work Safeguarding team. The video highlights the team’s core values, their dedication to safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and the deeply rewarding nature of the work they do.
Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with the ERYC team, meticulously developing storyboards and shaping the overall visual aesthetic of the video. We incorporated a range of creative techniques, including dynamic animations, seamless transitions, and advanced green screen effects, to enhance the video’s impact and bring the story to life.
In addition to these production elements, we conducted interviews with both service users and team members, capturing compelling, real-life stories that reflect the meaningful impact of safeguarding work. These personal accounts were designed to inspire and motivate potential candidates to consider a career with the Adult Social Work Safeguarding team, demonstrating the profound difference they can make in people’s lives.
The project culminated in a diverse portfolio of videos and photos, providing ERYC with a rich set of media assets for their recruitment campaign. The result was a highly effective marketing tool, generating excellent outcomes and highlighting the rewarding opportunities within ERYC’s safeguarding services.
